He had written the whole thing off as age. Then a neighbour told him about one thing to stir into a glass before bed. He didn't buy a subscription and he didn't tell his doctor — he just started.

There's a trick going around among men over fifty that has nothing to do with a prescription. They call it the “gelatin trick” — one spoonful, stirred into a glass of warm water, taken before bed.

The men using it report the same two things, in the same order: being able to get there on demand, and showing up “bigger” for the occasion.

The reason it seems to work has less to do with the ingredient itself and more to do with what it does to blood flow — which is the part almost nobody explains, and the part that decides whether anything else you try does anything at all.

The short video below shows exactly how it's done at home — the measure, the order, and the one step most men get wrong the first time.

Why it spreads by word of mouth: it costs about two dollars, it takes under a minute, and nobody has to know you tried it — which is exactly why most men hear about it from a friend instead of from a counter.
